Caffè Sole was one of the first craft coffee shops in colorado, opening 19 years ago. We offer a farm-to-table menu and an extensive beer & wine program.
MUSIC: "My experience at Caffe Sole these evenings is that when a good jazz band is in residence, the space transforms into an event where the musicians the crowd and the music converge into a collective and joyful celebration. The venue-its people, fine food and libations-provide the container for this to happen. This is what I aspire to, anyway."
FOOD & DRINK: We feature a classic espresso and coffee bar run by some truly talented baristas, and a fantastic selection of high end wines and beers. We also offer an ever expanding menu hot meals, sandwiches, small plates and desserts, all hand made daily with the freshest ingredients.
Owner Suter DuBose has created a wonderful Wine Cellar for Sole, with superior quality wines at great prices, as well as broad section of local and imported beers.
Caffè Sole strictly enforces the laws governing consumption of alcohol by people not of legal drinking age. Proper verified identification must be provided and will be confirmed.
