All our pit cooked BBQ is marinated for 48 hours in Aunt Bibby's original dry rub and slowly smoked overnight to achieve authentic, intense deep southern smoky flavour.

Our meats are then served as the BBQ gods intended, the traditional Texan way, allowing you, our loyal fanbase, to customise and enhance the flavour using our in house sauces.
