We have a 100% Gluten Free Food Trailer that will be at fairs and festivals. The menu has Pizza, Funnel Cakes, Fresh bake Cookies and corn Dogs.
Archers cafe is the product of research after finding out that our best friends' youngest son (Archer) was diagnosed with Celiac disease which is an allergy to gluten which is found in wheat. We have so many cookouts together & we didn't want to make Archer sick so we started to look into gluten free foods. In doing so we learned just how many people it affects and the benefits to eating gluten free. When summer came around we had a hard time trying to find events to attend and food Archer could eat, so we decided to create a food stand at which Archer could eat any thing on the menu & that is how Archers Cafe came to be.
