We smoke anything and everything over live coals and fires.

From our cold smoked butter and cheeses, salmon and chicken.

To our speciality 18 hour smoked brisket of beef and pork butts.

With a mutual love of grilling and smoking Apocalypse Cow will deliver the most exciting, devilish and down-right Apocalyptic food to suit all tastes.

We painstakingly hand press all our own delicious burgers from locally sourced suppliers.
