Alison Nelson's Chocolate Bar Qatar

With outlets in New York, Qatar and Dubai, Alison Nelson’s chocolate bar New York City, is vastly becoming one of the trendiest coffee shops around.

The brand is highly innovative in creating bridges between a fascinating product like chocolate with the fashion and lifestyle industries.

When Alison opened her first chocolate bar in New York in 2002, her concept was simple: ‘to combine the highest quality ingredients, many of which are natural or organic, with the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of local bakeries’. The company’s mission remains simple: “Be good to Yourself, Eat More Chocolate.”

The celebrated Manhattan-based ‘candy store for adults’ boasts such regular patrons as actress Sarah Jessica Parker, of the film and TV series ‘Sex in the City,’ as well as loyalists such as Julia Roberts, Gwyneth Paltrow and Leonardo Di Caprio.

CBNYC’s delicious chocolates are blended with an amazing range of other ingredients, including almonds, caramel, pop corn and peanut butter, toffee, banana marshmallows, cherries and strawberries.

At The Pearl-Qatar, CBNYC’s flagship store menu includes delicious salads such as the goat cheese & beetroot or the summer salad, a great burger and daily specials.
