Mobile Spit Roast Catering for public and private functions.

Wild Hog Spit Roast is a mobile woodfired spit roasting company. We cater for all events such as private functions; weddings, birthdays, work functions etc and also public functions; concerts, festivals & sporting events etc.

At our public functions you will smell us before you see us selling our mouthwatering woodfired pork, beef, lamb & chicken on fresh locally sourced rolls with a selection of gravys including mushroom, pepper or traditional, as well as our signature woodfired wedges with a sour cream.

At our private functions we have a choice of menu options which are available on request.

All of our food is cooked on site and in our charcoal fired spit trailer which compliments the meat with a delicate smoked taste. Not only do we pride ourselves on the flavour of our food but we strive to use local produce wherever possible.

Our food, presentation and professionalism is always of the highest quality.
