North Spore is the brainchild of three college friends with an admiration for all things related to the mycological world. What began as a love for mushroom foraging has developed into an obsession with all things fungi. That passion for foraging has evolved over time: these days any of us are likely to be found in our cultivation rooms growing oyster mushrooms, shiitakes, lion's mane, chestnut mushroom, king trumpets, and pioppinos, or tincturing the myriad medic...
Rolling Hills is an exciting 9 hole regulation course located at the Rolling Hills Golf Club facility in Westbrook, MN. From the longest tees it presents 2,874 yards of golf for a par of 36. The course was designed by Ralph Merchant and opened in 1970.

Smiling Hill Farm is a working dairy farm that produces, fluid milks in glass bottles, ice cream, yogurt and cheese right at the farm.
