We make and sell Bratwurst, the traditional German sausage.
We’ve developed a production-site in Urenui, imported Bratwurst equipment from Germany and fine-tuned our recipe. We follow the traditional German method, using premium cuts of Taranaki pork and all natural local ingredients.
Now we’re touring Taranaki on our one-of-a-kind BBQ bikes – ready to come and cook up some of our much-loved Bratwurst for those who enjoy a quality sausage without any fillers.

We are a craft brewery that uses pure Taranaki rain water (yip Taranaki (google it) rainwater) to produce beers packed with flavour using only the finest ingredients... no wonder it tastes so good!!
