Owned & Operated by the Spina Family since 1980. Mama's originated from the desire of two brothers, Joe and Vinnie, to live closer to their parents who retired in Tucson, AZ. Having no experience in the restaurant industry, they decided to risk it all. Wanting to replicate the feelings and experiences they had as children around the family dining table of an Italian household, they designed a menu based upon the meals they often ate at their dining room table, centered around their favorite food, pizza.
