Local Owner / Chef Dale Carty was born and raised on the Caribbean island of Anguilla. Dale’s beginning was at Anguilla’s Malliouhana hotel where he was trained by Master French Chefs Jo and Michel Rostang. Dale then went to France to further his culinary experience. In 1999, Chef Dale opened Tasty’s restaurant, which soon became famous thru out the Caribbean and thru out the world. Chef Dale has been featured in prestigious publications such as Bon Appetit, Conde Nast, Travel & Leisure, Gourmet, the New York Times, Food & Wine, Eagle Latitude and many others.
