Our Story:
The company was started when the owner was working at a bank and began following her passion for making cakes and desserts, with wholesaling of desserts to restaurants being the main focus in the early years. After leaving her 8 to 4 bank job in 1998, she opened a kiosk at Tru Valu Supermarket in Gulf City Mall selling pastries and cakes. Within two hours of opening, everything had sold out! The company literally grew overnight when the three employees at the time were each asked to bring a friend the next day to double our production!

Serving Trini local breakfast from 5:30 am: white and whole wheat sada roti, fry bake and coconut bake with takari saltfish, smoked herring etc. Delicious daily lunch specials. We bake an assortment of breads and pastries every day (and throughout the day): hops (white and whole wheat), sandwich loaves, coconut bake, currants roll, buns, pies. We can also make custom cakes and pastries to order and cater parties, business meetings and other functions.
