Keltaeni Cold Brew creates small batch, artisan iced tea blends and infusions using premium loose-leaf tea. We believe quality matters. We strive to source organic ingredients. Sometimes less is more. That’s why our teas never contain any artificial ingredients. We grow our community by partnering with local vendors. To minimize our carbon footprint, we use eco-friendly packaging. We brew in the heart of the Willamette Valley.
We are a full service caterer and also sell the best chicken pot pies you have ever tasted. Our store is stocked with pies, prepared food, soups, and side dishes.

Kona Ice 4 U
The idea for Krewe du Soul was born out of the joy we receive preparing and serving great food and our love of Southern style food, especially from the New Orleans area. The company name pays homage to the Mardi Gras Krewes who are responsible for putting together one of the world’s largest parties each year in New Orleans.
We will serve New Orleans style foods in our new cafe at the Willamette Heritage Center. Look for us to open around the end of January 2018!
We are also available for catering your private events.
Located on N Lancaster Dr., Salem, Sue and Sam Koizumi have run this restaurant and lounge since 1983. Featuring Hiroshi as the main sushi chef and Carlton as the main "teppanyaki" chef, they have kept their authentic Japanese food to the highest standards.
