Millie's was founded circa 1934 by Millie Niedecken and operated in the first floor of her house. Many changes have occurred over the years, such as opening up their garage for the restaurant (now the back half of the dining room), annexing an adjacent building(now the current kitchen), moving the restrooms, and 3 different locations of the kitchen.
