Sid's High Country Barbeque and Grill is a Family affair. Shawna Chamberlain and her brother Steve Palmer are continuing the tradition started by their father Sid, who the restaurant is named after, smoking meat in the Cuchara Valley and La Veta area for over 25 years. Serving Barbeque brisket, pulled pork, ribs, burgers, and chicken fried steak to name a few. The restaurant maintains a Family atmosphere and is a great place to go for a reasonably priced meal. Take out is also available.
