Jalisco's first opened doors with a small restaurant containing 9 tables, in Firth, Idaho, in 1998. In Firth, for two years we gained invaluable friendships and experience that we are very grateful for, but problems with the rental and wanting to expand moved us to 2107 E 17th Street, Idaho Falls in 2000.
At this location, we started with about 20 tables. Within our first years, these 20 tables were not enough, so we expanded into the next door vacancy. With this expansion, we added a great Mexican flare, with imported tile, brick, chandeliers, and custom booths.
