I am a self-taught chocolatier making luxury handmade chocolates, fresh-cream filled truffles, decorated bars and delicious chocolate goodies.
All my chocolate products are made with finest quality Belgian chocolate made from sustainably grown cocoa beans, fresh natural ingredients and no added preservatives or nasties. Where possible, I combine local produce with chocolate to create innovative Scottish flavours.
I make in small batches and put love and attention into my products and I hope that shows in the flavour.
