Not knowing whether earthlings would have the required amount of taste buds to truly appreciate our food, we decided to enter the National Bar-B-Que Convention Rib and Chicken Cook-off in Memphis, Tennessee. Our ribs were judged “America’s Best Ribs” and we were awarded the 1st place ribbon! We also won an award for our great tasting chicken!
We came back to our spaceship in Bismarck and started construction on our first Space Aliens™ Grill & Bar on Planet Earth. We opened our second restaurant in Fargo, ND, and our first franchised restaurant in Albertville, MN.

Therefore importing great BBQ from Texas made sense. Us in the North have a different taste for foods, more so then any parts of the country!
