Mundi Sauce LLc, a family business located in the small tourist town of Eureka Springs, Arkansas began with a recipe and a idea.
Small batch hot sauce, bringing in the unique flavors, followed by heat. Using only local Arkansas farmers, mundi sauce is bringing a clean flavorful line of hot sauces, that are additive, and filler free.
One of the best kept secrets in Arkansas, the New Delhi Cafe is tucked down below Basin Spring Park right in the center of the village forty-four steps down the stairs.
New Delhi Cafe carries a variety of American cuisine, and Indian specials cooked by chef and owner, Bill Sarad.

I like to think the origin of Oscar’s Cafe went something like this….
“I was busy rebuilding an earth quake damaged orphanage in Spain when the evil corporation sent in their hard nosed attorney to shut it down. Hana meets me there and I end up melting her heart.”
That’s not true, but we actually did meet in Spain.
Hana and I both worked on yachts. She was the hot new chef just hired on. After building some courage, I casually mentioned that I was the “Prince of Arkansas.” I think Hana wanted it to be true…enough to at least show up and prove me wrong.
