Uncle Jack's is a local pizzeria and pub started in 2010 by Brian Dillon of Cumberland Md. The menu at Uncle Jack's varies from pizza and wings, burgers and fries, to Stromboli's and Flatbread Wedgies. Uncle Jack's also has an outstanding bar with 12 different Drafts and a wide selection of Cocktails and Martini's. The event will open Friday evening, June 8 at 6:00 pm with a Whiskey Rebellion Fest at the Allegany Museum, featuring tastings from seven distillers, including Maker’s Mark and local small batch distillers. Tickets purchased prior to the Fest are just $55, which includes unlimited tastings, a souvenir shot glass, photo with ‘President Washington’, canapés, and music by Grand Ole Ditch. Tickets purchased day of the event will be $75 per person. There will be presentations of cigar/whiskey pairings, and guests will also have access to a cigar tent.
