The Iron Skillet has been a landmark in Collingwood since Tony and Doris Sensenberger started the restaurant in 1991. They have been in the food and beverage business for over 20 years and now after a break, are re-open to serve those old favourites, Schnitzels, Ribs, Steaks, Mexican, Thai and more.
