Approximately three years ago we started researching the "Best Burger", and after visiting colleges in Chicago, New York and Las Vegas, together with our own Master Butcher at our sister run Belthazar Restaurant, together with our 27 year experience in making sauces at our SABS HACCAP factory at our previous business, the ultimate Gibson's Burger was created.
