Herzlich Willkommen Im Februar 2015 eröffnete ich meine eigene Konditorei | Cafeteria in Cala Millor, Mallorca. Ich bin in Deutschland aufgewachsen und habe Konditorin im Cafe Tiffany's in Ehingen erlernt. Seit meinem zwanzigsten Lebensjahr wohne ich in Spanien. Einige Gäste kennen mich vielleicht noch aus dem Pan y Mas, Noahs oder Pasta Pasta, wo ich früher angestellt war. Neben hausgemachten Kuchen und Süssgebäcken gibt es im “Biggi’s” täglich frische Brötchen und Butter-Croissants. Auf Vorbestellung backen wir auch spezielle Brote, z.B. ein Eiweissbrot, Kartoffelbrot, Dinkel...
