Our dough is handmade. Our sauce is slow simmered to thoroughly blend our seasoning mix of herbs & spices. Both from the original secret family recipe's developed in 1958. Our pepperoni is precision sliced so they crisp to perfection. All of this developed by Joe & Mary Gardina, our founders, in 1958.
