He has given a new taste to traditional, gourmet, and gluten free pizzas by combining a mixture of grains and seeds to obtain a full bodied, yet lighter pizza. As you may have also noticed already, Wood and Coal is as Steak and Pizza house so Yes... we love our Steaks - we source our meats from independent Farms in Italy, and cook them to perfection here in Attard.
