Dank modernster Innovationen wird der ökologische Fussabdruck so gering wie möglich gehalten: ein Eisspeicher versorgt das gesamte Gebäude mit Wärme, die zuvor mittels Erdsonden und Wärmerückgewinnung erzeugt wurde.
Herzstück ist das Restaurant Twist, in dem sich die Gäste ein bisschen wie zu Hause fühlen können. Wie dort, gelten im „Wohnzimmer von Arosa“ keine strengen Regeln - die Stimmung ist entspannt und wohnlich und die Speisekarte zeigt sich natürlich und zeitgemäss.
