A community-driven, food hub, skills-sharing facility, experimental micro Urban Farm, locally-sourced Fermentation Factory.

We primarily ferment Hard Cider, Mead, Beer, and Kombucha using experimental local ingredients.

Retail and Tasting hours: Tuesday-Saturday 12-7pm // Sundays & Mondays 12-5pm

We now sell & fill 32oz Growlahs of cidah, kombucha, beer and mead!
