The idea of Tung's kitchen in Chinese is “Jun Lao”, which means separate the wheat from the chaff, staying in simple and healthy life.
Food: We never use unhealthy, processing food in our products. We insist to present the original taste of food.
After traveling around many countries, we experienced lots of things and I would like to bring them back to my hometown, Puli. Food is the most pure thing of each different culture. We record these experiences by food and present the moments to everyone.
The original taste of each different fruit, Vegetables, Corns, it would show the culture of local culture. We want to keep it as simple as possible, less dressing we use, then we can feel the original food taste, touching by food.
Life: We recorded wonderful memories, this is not only sharing the experience we learned but also creating recollection.
To be Healthy is our main point, we insist providing high grade foods. We do not have farm but we cooperate with some reliable farmers to create the products which only belong Tung's kitchen. It is worth for you to share them with your families.
We encourage everyone to travel, therefore, we also offer a B&B. Here is not a 5 star hotel and instead the one we would like to present is a friendly and comfortable place like you stay at your home.
