They brought authentic Italian style Pizza and Pasta dishes to Gallup. Later in the mid-90's, the Rocket Cafe opened at that same location. In addition to Italian Cuisine, Marie added New Mexican flavors and American dishes. Recently-remodeled, the Rocket Cafe is a local Gallup Favorite spot.
