The Local Public House

Rating 4.6 (average of 160 opinions)

The Local is your downtown pub with a neighborhood feel. It is the official off-site tap-room for Menace Brewing as well as a hub for other Local beers.

The Local Public House

The Local Public House is a new pub in Bellingham which opened in 2013. The establishment was created by the Owners of a Local brewery named Menace Brewing. The Local is a downtown pub focused on rotating taps of local Beer from the Cascadia region with designated taps for Whatcom County breweries. For those who don't drink beer we have a tastefully selected wine list, and we always have a few local ciders on tap. The pub features a full kitchen producing upper end pub fair with suggested beer style pairings on the menu. We focus on people, atmosphere, food, and beer. You will find yourself surrounded by good people, warm colors and lighting, unique metal work, and friendly service. Come join us any day of the week!

We've just opened our "annex" that has another bar with 8 more taps as well as pool tables, shuffleboard, darts and an arcade!
