In the early 1800s you would have found a busy establishment on Main Street called "The Hall Tavern" It was a well known reputable business providing good food and accommodations for travelers, many arriving in Union by Stagecoach. Unfortunately around 1850 the Tavern was destroyed by fire. Fast forward to 2015 and you will again find The Hall Tavern located in its original location, 285 Main Street. Enjoy fantastic food on the large deck as you take in Main Street Union. Be sure to visit the newly constructed "Carriage House Museum" located directly behind the Tavern. It is a beautifully hand crafted building which houses several original horse drawn wagons, including an "Omnibus" which would have made its stop at that Tavern! Also located next to the Tavern is Bella Soul Salon and Spa. Plan a trip to Union today to enjoy great food, maybe a little pampering at the spa, and a step back in time.
