Jo and Judie would like to welcome all customers old and new to The Goat Inn. We are a family run establishment with a friendly team of staff to make your visit welcoming and relaxing.
The Goat Inn is a charming, rural, thatched 16th century Coaching Inn with original beamed ceilings in all our cosy restaurants and bar area, with log burners for those extra chilly nights in winter.
We are approximately 2 miles from Coltishall, 4 miles from North Walsham, Wroxham and Aylsham and approximately 10 miles from the city of Norwich.
Our chefs use locally sourced produce to make an excellent array of menu choices. All homemade, cooked to order and very fresh. The menu range is deliciously extensive, from traditional meals to a la carte and from lunchtime snacks to childrens meals.
We are open all day on Sundays for food and offer three selections of roast meats as well as our full menu.
The outside area boasts 7 acres with a large lawned garden and a childrens play area, including swings, slides and climbing frame.
There is a covered, heated patio area with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the peace of the countryside.
We also have an extensive campsite with pitches for tents and caravans, which is very quiet and tranquill and is full of wildlife.
Our marquee is large enough to cater for weddings and other celebrations/ functions.
