Sweet Beat is a Plantbased Wholefoods Cafe. Our menu offers Brunch Lunch and Take Away such as Beans on Toast, Bircher Porriddge, Daily Soups, Hot Dishes, Super Salads, Freshly Made Smoothies, Ferments, Raw Treats + Healthy Bakes, alongside Single Origin 3FE coffee and Wall + Keogh Speciality Teas.
The Café was founded by Carolanne Rushe, a Ballymaloe Cookery School trained Chef. Carolanne previously ran the Green Warrior market stall at the weekly Strandhill People’s Market at Strandhill Beach Front in County Sligo. It was there she cultivated a community around her vegan salads, fresh nut milks, and raw treats.
