STEAK by Melissa is the newest restaurant owned by Melissa Cookston, World Champion Pitmaster and author of two best-selling cookbooks. STEAK is a casual restaurant that features aged, choice grade steaks hand-cut in house daily, fresh seafood, and many unique, flavorful dishes from Melissa's books. We take limited reservations, but walk in's are always welcome.
