I 'retired' from food & drink in bountiful Portland & moved out to beautiful Astoria. I soon realized how spoiled I once was as Portland has much more ethnic food to offer. After continuous prodding from friends & observing the need, I opened a food cart, yet again, offering the staple of my people's food, lumpia among other items from around the globe.
