Sirabella’s Vegan Cheesecake is a New York style cheesecake that uses 100% vegan ingredients (dairy free and eggless). As founders, one of us is Vegan and the other is Lactose Intolerant. We use only the finest ingredients (no eggs, no dairy) including lactose free cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, and lemon juice. Our vegan cheesecakes have a signature golden brown crumb bottom. The texture is thick and creamy. The combination of these factors make a genuine, one of a kind delicious vegan cheesecake.
