Before I went vegan I was that typical pub grub, burger-steak gal. Now it is time to revolutionize the burger scene in Stockholm to show the wonders one can create with plants.
After running the vegan catering Selina's in Stockholm, it is time to take the next step in my mission to spread funky vegan food.
With a fusion from Texas and Latin American street food, the mains on the menu are gourmet burgers and arepas that are made from natural produce such as legumes, oats & corn, flavoured with natural smoky and umami flavours from chipotle chili, ancho chili and beer.
