The name "Schnitzelbank" was chosen for the restaurant in order to embrace the Village of Plain's German heritage. Schnitzelbank restaurant specializes in American and German cuisine. Schnitzelbank Pizza specializes in Italian cuisine; however, there is a Sauerkraut pizza available to represent the German cuisine as well.
