We are a small family business established in 1981 that specializes in providing delicious food, great service and truly one-of-a-kind facilities for all kinds of get-togethers.

Located by the beautiful Lake Paijanne and just 15 minute drive from Jyvaskyla, Savutuvan Apaja is a haven for a feel of the days of the old. Savutuvan Apaja is home to 33 traditional old wooden houses that stand tribute to the craftsmanship of our ancestors.

Our exquisite dining halls and meeting facilities made of wood and bedrock echo the sounds, sights and delights of days past and offer an intriguing visit to a time and place long since gone.
