Ripsaw Jerky produces Premium Beef Jerky. Our lean, grass-fed beef is cut long grain, marinated, and smoked, for mouth-watering aroma and delicious, intense flavour.
Our beef is sourced locally here in the Atherton Tablelands.
Flavours
Ripsaw Jerky comes in three classic flavours:
Mild: Our signature flavour blend, made from a legendary secret recipe. Saltiness, sweetness and heat are perfectly balanced. The smoky hint rounds out this wonderful flavour to give you a truly delicious beef jerky. This is our most popular product.
Warm: Our mouth-watering recipe with a stronger hit of chilli. Not only do you get the iconic Ripsaw Jerky flavour, our Warm jerky leaves a pleasant tingle in the mouth. (My personal favourite.)
Hot: Specially selected chilli varieties are added to our amazing marinade to give you that classic Ripsaw taste with a strong blast of heat.
**Flavour isn’t compromised and it won’t melt your tongue, but if you are a fan of insanely hot chilli, you will probably find this closer to Warm. Feel free to email or message us if atomic is your preferred level of heat – we may develop a blood-boiling hot jerky in future.
Specialty Flavours
Here at Ripsaw Jerky, we occasionally like to experiment with new flavours, just to mix things up a bit. We will list limited amounts for sale as they are available. Keep an eye on facebook for new flavour announcements.
