That "little ice cream shop on the hill" that's been around since 1969. Founded by Donald & Harriet Reeser in the Summer of 1969 this local favorite has grown through the decades. It struggled in the 1970s and only through the tireless efforts of Mr. & Mrs. Reeser did it continue to hang on until the business began to thrive in the early 1980s. Donald Reeser, Jr. (the current proprietor) began working with the company in 1985 and took over daily operations in 1991. In the intervening years Reeser's Ice Cream has grown into a local hotspot in the Spring and Summer drawing large crowds whenever it is open.
