PROFESSIONAL CHEF CONCEPTS is the catering branch of Alpinista Hospitality, LLC. Specializing in upscale offerings for any sized event, the sky’s the limit with what we can do. Already known as one of the western slopes premier private chef organizations, we have expanded our operations to now include large caterings up to 300 individuals, private events such as wedding receptions and class reunions as well as cooking classes.
From Moab to Durango and all points in between, PROFESSIONAL CHEF CONCEPTS can cover your event with delicious offerings from every culture and walk of life you can imagine……and then some! 6 course meal from Tuscany to go with that wine you brought back from your Italian vacation? DONE! Numerous Oaxacan moles for your Cinco de Mayo feast…..NOTHING TO IT! If it can be thought of, we can do.
We don’t operate off of a few pre-constructed catering menus. We encourage meeting with our clients in person to hand tailor a menu that is beyond your wildest dreams. Whether you want your event catered anywhere on the western side of Colorado or our own gorgeous patio that seats over 100 with the most amazing views you’ve ever seen, we’d love to be of service.
