Pilmico Research and Training Bakery is a facility where we conduct our bakery training programs. Trainings are open to interested groups or individuals who need guidance-whether in addressing concerns in baking or to learn new recipes.
Some of the course outlines include baking technical knowledge, product quality and uniformity, cost controls, waste reduction, and baking troubleshooting.
The center is also a venue where we conduct our recipe research and development. In line with our objective of guiding the growth of our customers, we develop innovative, cost-effective recipes that are shared with our training participants and partner bakeries.
