紅廚餐廳原於1988年設立於台北東區安和路一段7號，經營達30年頭；於2018年5月搬遷至松山區慶城街22號~結合最美花園Joyce West cafe店址，繼續為大家服務。
JOYCE WEST Cafe 於1995年台北南京東路商圈的慶城街開業，有著鬧中取靜的優雅環境，綠意盎然與純白桌椅的地中海式浪漫庭園，總是吸引著路人駐足觀看，讓人留下深刻的印象。
餐廳分為室外花園區、室內開放區、沙發區及包廂房；每一處皆有著質感、真實、簡約的獨特雅緻設計；堅持採用新鮮優質的各國食材及葡萄酒，讓每位貴客在舒適的環境下，安心愉悅地享用精緻料理。
