Alla Pan Ducale da sempre non si guarda alle apparenze. Tutti i costi non inerenti alla qualità finale del prodotto vengono ridotti al minimo necessario. Per questo le operazioni di confezionamento sono altamente automatizzate, mentre gran parte del lavoro di preparazione delle ricette viene fatto manualmente: dalla doppia selezione delle mandorle, all’amalgama di burro e uova, fatte a mano per esaltarne la sofficità.

All of the packaging operations are highly automated, while a grand part of the preparation of the recipes is done manually: from the double selection of almonds, to the mixing of the butter and eggs, done by hand to reach the proper consistency.
