Oskar Blues is happy to announce the expansion of our fooderies with the new location located in Colorado Springs. Taking over the historic masonry building dating back to 1897, the four-story location is in the heart of Colorado Springs’ central business district.
Already having locations in Longmont, Denver, and of course the original Lyons location, Oskar Blues is so stoked to call Colorado Springs another home. Our motto of craft beer, fresh ingredients, family and friends and live music will transpire here as well!
Craft Beer: Beer lovers unite! We are excited that this location will house the most taps of any other location including 48 taps of craft beer! Not only Oskar Blues core and seasonal beers but other beers from all over the U.S. will be poured here. Canned beers will also be available as well as Oskar Blues’ own signature B. Stiff sodas.
Fresh Ingredients: If you love the Americana style dishes of our Lyons Grill and Brew location as well as Longmont’s Homemade Liquids and Solids then the Oskar Blues Colorado Springs delectable menu is right up your alley! Staying true to our roots, we added in other Americana favorites like BBQ, pizza and burgers. Our expansive menu features family-sized portions of smoked pork, brisket, ribs and wings, mouth-watering burgers made from Colorado Proud locally sourced and spent grain fed beef, fresh salads and sandwiches, and more appetizers than you can shake a stick at! Happy hour will also be popular at this location and with so many options there will be something for everyone!
Live music: We didn’t forget about the music! Like all of our locations, we love rockin’ out to live music just as much as you do! That is why Oskar Blues Colorado Springs will house great live music, everything from blues, folk, rock, and Americana to funk, bluegrass, roots and country. The intimate slightly mic'd atmosphere will make you want to take front row every night we are rockin’ out. #getinhere
Games, family, friends and fun: This is our first location to house so many different options of fun for you, your family and your friends! With two pool tables, 4 player PAC Man, 2 head to head table top multi cade, 2 bocce ball courts, and 1 juke box this is where everyone in the Springs is going to want to be come the weekend! Oskar Blues started in the small family town and we are proud to have that deep rooted family feel transcend to Colorado Springs. Grab a seat, talk to your neighbor, play a game, watch some live music and grab a brew, we are so excited you chose to spend the time with us! We hope to see you soon!
