食材の宝庫「沖縄」が誇るブランド牛「石垣牛」や島豚「アグー」、島野菜などの新鮮な食材を、こだわりの出汁にしゃぶしゃぶとくぐらせてお召し上がり頂きます。つけダレや薬味も県産食材にこだわり、肉の旨みを最大限に引き出します。店内は沖縄を感じるマテリアルやデザインで仕上げられています。沖縄の伝統衣装を身に纏ったスタッフがお客様をお出迎え致します。

We are proud to say that our foods are made with the taste of Okinawa, including island favourites such as Ishigaki beef and Agu pork. Among these as well as our many other fresh ingredients from the island, we hope you enjoy these tastes reflected in our Shabu Shabu. We believe that through sticking with prefecture produced local ingredients, the tastes of the meat are brought to the maximum.
As well as the distinguished Okinawan taste in our food, the experience is completed with our store design that reflects an Okinawan feeling. Our staff, dressed in traditional Okinawan wear welcome you.
