When Martino Linares opened the doors to his new restaurant in 1992,he was 61 years old with a young family and a dream to bring his passion for Cuba to the people of Somerville,NJ. More than 15 years later, Martino's Cuban Restaurant is a beloved fixture of the Somerville culinary scene. His four sons, exposed to the restaurant during their youth, are now involved in running the business and ensure that each dish that comes out of the kitchen retains the same level of quality that has been a hallmark of this community favorite.
