Owner-Chef Scott Marques
Scott was born in South Africa and British nationarity. Began his cooking career in Oxford and Scottland, working in french restaurant in luxury hotel.He moved to London, working in art gallery in special Kitchen and learned modern european cooking. In December 2015, he opened own restaurant in Yokohama, Japan.

南アフリカ生まれの英国人。スコットランドやオックスフォードの高級ホテルのフランス料理店からシェフの道はスタートしました。その後ロンドンへ移り、アートギャラリーの特殊なキッチンでモダンヨーロピアンを学びました。そして、２０１５年の１２月に夫婦で念願のレストランをオープン致しました。
