Dall’Ava Bakery è l’ultima nata del gruppo Dall’Ava. Nei pri- mi mesi del 2012, una serie di piacevoli coincidenze ci ha convinti ad intraprendere un nuovo viaggio nel mondo dei prodotti da forno con pochi e chiari obiettivi: dare un respi- ro internazionale ai dolci tradizionali delle Valli del Natisone e produrre anche panettoni, biscotti, colombe e grissini. Se vi capiterà di visitare le Valli del Natisone, capirete come possa essere facile innamorarsi di un luogo come questo: i colori, i profumi, le diversità culturali che genera “il con- fine”, contribuiscono a creare il fascino di un luogo che si trova lontano da tutto e al tempo stesso al centro d’Euro- pa. Il fiume Natisone scorre lento e il colore puro dell’acqua prende toni verdi, azzurri, turchesi: questo è il colore che abbiamo scelto per dare un’identità ai nostri prodotti.

In the forst months of 2012, a sequence of lucky coincidences con- vinced us to start this new trip within the baked products with few but very clear purposes: give an international brea- th to the traditional cakes of the Natisone valley and produ- ce also panettoni, biscuits, colombe and bread sticks. If you have the opportunity to visit the Natisone valleys, you may understand how you can easily fall in love with such a place: colours, scents, the cultural differences of living close to a country border help to create a charming place which is far away from everything and at the same time in the centre of Europe. The Natisone river runs slowly and the pure colour of its water tends to green, light blue, turquoise tones: this is the colour we choose to give an identity to our products.
