Mago Grill & Cantina features original Mexican and Latin cuisine. The creation of award-winning Chef Juan Luis Gonzalez (former head chef of Fuego Mexican Grill & Margarita Bar in Arlington Heights), Mago features a seasonal selection of appetizers including three ceviches, fresh salads, and main dish entrées of steak, chicken, pork and seafood. The menu also offers the classics: suiza-style Burritos — here guests can pick the stuffing, Enchiladas, and Fajita’s including a Mago-style option served in a hot molcajete. When it comes to Tacos, Juan Luis has created ten delicious versions to pick from — all promising to excite the taste buds.
Lunch also includes several Tortas, a Jibarito sandwich and a Cuban-style burger, all served with homemade chips.
For dessert, diners can enjoy Mexican favorites such as Tres Leches cake, Churros or a trio of Fried Ice Cream, to name a few.
